Teaching Philosophy
Cristina believes in finding the unique voice that everyone has, whether that be through speech or singing. She works to give her students the tools and working knowledge to perform confidently and bring the skills that they learn into their daily lives. Students will become well-rounded and proficient artists through the combination of technique and artistry taught. Cristina works with students to achieve their personal goals and tailors her teaching to meet the needs of the student.
Background
With over 8 years of teaching experience, Cristina has taught voice and drama to people of all ages. She offers private lessons, musical and dramatic coachings, and group teaching. Cristina has taught private lessons and group classes in both music and drama with companies throughout Calgary and Okotoks. Most recently, she worked as the Education and Outreach intern with Little Opera in San Francisco.
